The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bodh Gaya P.S.Case No.268 of 2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner has been apprehended by the police while he was taking the Tractor along with one co-accused. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is in custody for several months. He has no criminal antecedent. Charge has been submitted, as such there is no chance of tampering with the evidence.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and

No.3182 of 2020(2) dt.29-01-2020 2/2 circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Gaya in connection with Bodh Gaya P.S.case No.268 of 2019.

With the above direction, this application is allowed.
