The petitioner is in custody since 24.10.2014 in connection with Alauli P.S. Case No.268 of 2014 registered for the offences under Sections 25(1-B)a and 26 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the recovery is alleged to have been made not from the conscious possession of the petitioner; rather it was a case of false implication by the police personnel.

Considering the aforementioned submissions and the period of custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the
