Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 63 of the Copy Right Act and Sections 103/104 of Trade Market Act.

Petitioner is in jail custody since 11.01.2016 on the accusation that duplicate cosmetic articles of a particular company were recovered from his shop but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that petitioner happens to be retail shopkeeper and as a matter of fact, he had himself purchased the said articles. Moreover, petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as

Case No. 23 of 2016.
