JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 16-11-2017 The present writ petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 17.10.2015 passed by the Civil Surgeon cum Chief Medical Officer, Patna (respondent no. 3) as contained in Annexure-1 by which on administrative ground and on the basis of some allegation levelled against the petitioner, he has been transferred.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that allegations were levelled against the petitioner as well as two other persons and they were transferred to different places. It is stated however that subsequently upon reconsideration of the matter, the transfer order of one of said persons, namely, Smt. Seema, has since been cancelled and she has been posted once again at Sadar Hospital,

Patna High Court CWJC No.5857 of 2017 dt.16-11-2017 Danapur contained in memo no. 127 dated 07.01.2016 (Annexure-3).

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner confines the present writ petition and seeks disposal of the same with liberty to approach the concerned authority for similar relief as in the case of Smt. Seema aforesaid.

4. Learned counsel for the State as well as for the State Health Society are present and they have no objection to the stand of the petitioner.

5. In the above view of the matter, the present writ petition stands disposed of, granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the Civil Surgeon-cum-Chief Medical Officer, Patna (respondent no. 3) with a representation for redressal of his grievances.
