This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 20.08.2022, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 35784 of 2022 whereby the petitioner has been granted regular bail and was directed to release on bail after framing of charge or on completion of one year in custody whichever is later. Having regard to the submissions made on behalf of the parties, order dated 20.08.2022, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 35784 of 2022 is modified to the extent that the petitioner shall be released on bail after framing of charge or on completion of one year in custody whichever is earlier . The rest condition of
