The present writ application has been filed by the Headmaster, Vankatesh Sanskrit Primary Cum-High School, Vankateshwar Nagar, Jehanabad, seeking a direction to the Respondents authorities to issue I.C.R. forms to the Institution, so that the students of the said School may fill up their forms for appearing in Madhyama Examination of 2017.

3. This is the specific plea of the petitioner that the said School is duly recognized under Bihar Sanskrit Skisha

Board Act, 1981. The School, according to the petitioner, has the status of "Peraswikriat", which according to him, means recognized school. He has drawn my attention to Annexure-2 of the present writ application, whereby in similar situation the Court had directed to deal with the Institutions as recognized Institutions for the purpose of issuance of I. C. R, forms.

4. In compliance of the said order, dated 19.03.2012, the I. C. R. forms were made available to the School, which fact is not in dispute.

5. In view of the order passed by this Court, way back in the year 2012, this application is disposed of in similar terms.

6. The authorities are diorected to issue I. C. R. form to the Institution for filing examination forms for appearing in Madhyama Examination 2017.

7. This application stands disposed of.

8. It has been brought to my notice that an application on the question of inclusion of the school in the list of recognized school is pending before this Court. I have not gone into that aspect.
