The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 420, 406, 408 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 138 of N.I.Act. Pursuant to order dated 17.02.2023, learned counsel for the petitioner is handing over a cheque of Rs. 1,00,000/- (One lakh) in favour of Himansu Kumari Singh (informant/O.P.- 2), bearing cheque no. 121 dated 10.06.2023 of Bank of Baroda, Bhadohi Branch, Bhadohi to learned counsel for the informant in Court towards third and final installment, out of total amount of Rs. 3,50,000/-. Earlier, on 20.03.2023 and 25.04.2023, cheques of Rs. 1,50,000/- and Rs. 1,00,000/- respectively have already been handed over by learned counsel for the petitioner to learned counsel for the informant.

Let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. Ist, Saran at Chapra in connection with Sonpur P.S. Case No. 85 of 2019, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
