JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 13-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Admittedly, the victim has already returned to her home and in her statement recorded under section 164 of the Cr.P.C, the victim disclosed her age as 21 years and, specifically stated that police of Begusarai brought her as well as petitioner from Banaras, though at Para-38 of the case diary, the police claimed that petitioner and victim were recovered at Begusarai. The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that the victim and petitioner were in love and as a matter of fact, victim herself left her home by her own sweet will and subsequently, solemnized her marriage with the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as

No.1420 of 2015 (3) dt.13-04-2015 2/2 well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Begusarai in connection with Khodawandpur P.S.Case No. 203 of 2014.
