JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 11-07-2023 It is submitted by learned counsel for the State that the relief claimed in the writ petition for allowing voluntary retirement of the petitioner has become infructuous, since the District Magistrate, Supaul has allowed the voluntary retirement of the petitioner with effect from 31.07.2020, as per order dated 27.07.2020 bearing No. 680-2 (Annexure-A to the counteraffidavit). The learned counsel for the petitioner is not present. The writ petition is, therefore, dismissed for want of prosecution.
