The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Mahua P.S.Case No.515 of 2019 dated 6.9.2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 139 of the Electricity Act. As per the FIR, the petitioner was arrested while carrying stolen wire of the Electricity Deptt.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is in custody since 7.9.2019. Charge has already been submitted. There is no chance of tampering with the evidence and other co-accused having similar allegation have already been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, vide order dated 20.12.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.84727 of 2019. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

No.3231 of 2020(2) dt.31-01-2020 2/2 Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Mahua P.S.case no.515 of 2019. With the above direction, this application is allowed.
