In this case, petitioners are seeking bail in Sahabganj P.S./Case No. 175 of 2014 registered u/s 147/148/149/ 341/323/307/302/427/120B IPC ad 3(2)(v) of SC/ST (POA)Act, 27 of the Arms Act ad 17 of National Investigation Agency Act. It appears that while the informant and other associates were returning after attending marriage, accused persons on the fateful day had started firing, in which uncle of the informant died. Name of petitioner surfaced during investigation on the statement of co-accused who has been granted bail by this Court. Petitioner carries criminal antecedents over his head. As other co-accused have been granted bail by this Court petitioners (1) Sahid Bharti and (2) Mantu Tiwary @ Mintu Tiwary are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur in connection with Sahebganj P.S.Case No. 175 of 2014 (S.Tr. No. 907 of 2014).
