====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 21-01-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Bakhtiarpur P.S. Case No. 457 of 2017 for the offence under Sections 399/402 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25 (1-b) a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the name of the petitioner surfaced in the instant case on the confessional Statement of co-accused. He further submits that petitioner was in fact taken on remand in the instant case on 31.3.2018. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that after remand petitioner is in custody since 31.3.2018. Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2436 of 2019(2) dt.21-01-2019 2/2 of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st Barh, in connection with Bakhtiarpur P.S. Case No. 457 of 2017.
