Message was flashed over mobile belonging to the informant asking for payment of Rs.10,00,000/- (Ten Lacs). During course of investigation, SIM No.8051511673 was found belonging to the petitioner. However, not even a single farthing passed there through. Petitioner is under custody since 04.02.2015.

Accordingly, petitioner, Shivnath Prasad @ Shivnath Mahto is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri P. K. Singh, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Sangrampur P. S. Case no.17 of 2015. (Aditya Kumar Trivedi, J) Vikash/- U T
