The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner is alleged to have fired causing injury on the back of informant.

The prayer of petitioner for bail was earlier rejected by this court vide order dated 06.08.2015 with observation that petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after six months. The petitioner has filed this petition after more than ten months and he has already remained in jail for one year and six months. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8781 of 2016 (2) dt.20-07-2016 2/2 is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Supaul in S.T. No. 94 of 2015 arising out of Kunauli P.S. Case No. 66 of 2014.
