The present writ application has been filed for issuance of an appropriate writ/writs directing the respondentsIst Set to cancel the settlement of the land, in question, made in favour of respondents-2nd set as well as to set aside the order dated 04-11-2016 passed by the Deputy Collector, Land Reforms, Sasaram in Case No. 02/16-17 by the, the petitioner has been restrained from interfering in the possession of the respondents-2nd set over the land in dispute.

3. The impugned order is appellable before the Commissioner under Section-14 of the Bihar Land Dispute Redressal Act, 2009. The petitioner may take the recourse of the alternative remedy.

4. The writ petition is disposed of.
