2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Shahkund P.S. Case No. 03/21 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 366A of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is said to have kidnapped the victim girl. The petitioner is in jail since 26.11.2023 and he has clean antecedent.

4. It has been submitted that the petitioner has got married to the victim.

5. Considering the period of custody and also the fact that the petitioner has clean antecedent, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special
