2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 366 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. From the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C., it appears that the victim had eloped with the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that innocent and has not committed any offence and the petitioner is in custody since 15.05.2023.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M.F.C., Danapur/concerned Court below in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 246 of 2023.

8. Accordingly, this application is allowed.
