In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Hathauri (Shivajee Nagar O.P.) P.S. Case No. 123 of 2018, registered for the offence under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
The Police has recovered 4 liter of illegal liquor from the abandoned Gumti and the people of the locality attributed the allegation against the petitioner. Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, namely, Nathuni Paswan, be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on

P.S. Case no. 123 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
