Petitioner happens to be own brother-in-law of the informant and it is alleged that he advised the informant to take help of an exorcist for tracing out the missing boy and also disclosed that the missing boy had been kidnapped by co-accused Ajay Singh. The investigation against the petitioner has already been completed.
Although the victim has not been recovered as yet but considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two
