Presence of four persons near Scorpio Vehicle were perceived detrimental and on account thereof, were apprehended. During course of search, from the possession of one Chandan Kumar, countrymade loaded pistol, magazine, mobile set, cash appertaining to Rs.30,000/-, from the possession of Kundan Kumar, vehicle as well as mobile set, from the possession of petitioner, Golu Kumar, magazine containing five cartridges, from the possession of Binod Kumar, mobile set were seized. From Paragraph-3 of the pleading, it is apparent that petitioner has pleaded absence of criminal antecedent and is being under custody since 07.02.2015.

Accordingly, petitioner, Golu Kumar is directed to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17186 of 2015 (03) dt.29-06-2015 be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Barauni P.
