JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 29-09-2022 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1. That the present writ petition is for issuance of an appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions to respondents for completing required process within reasonable time and carry out the policy decision of State Govt. for Degree College, Sub-Divisional Hospital, Swimming Pool and Children Parks to facilitate the claim of education for growing children, who are the future of nation and medical assistance to elders at SubDivisional Headquarters, Bakhri within the district of Begusarai in terms of communicators/conversion

Patna High Court CWJC No.4729 of 2021(2) dt.29-09-2022 2/2 under State respondents taking into consideration in larger interest the State Govt. had decided to provide all those schemes in said locality/ area and consequence to it was initiated but consuming more time it remains pending as yet whereas the timely consideration and decision is not only the fundamental rights incorporated under Article 14 to the Constitution of India rather the same is the pious wishes of the welfare State to facilitate the claims of citizens and provides benefits within reasonable time and no one can be allow to play with the constitutional rights in addition to State policy with purposes to defeat the benefit of scheme and dilute the issues without any rhyme and reason i.e. without any leave from State Govt.

and for the other necessary relief/reliefs on the basis of the facts and circumstances of the case as stated hereinafter." After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent authorities for redressal of her aforesaid grievances.

Liberty so sought is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
