The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

135 liters of illicit liquor has been recovered from three bags loaded on a motorcycle.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that nothing has been recovered either from the conscious possession or premises of the petitioner and he has got no concern with alleged recovery. Petitioner claims clean antecedent. Considering the nature of allegation and clean antecedent of petitioner, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13772 of 2023(3) dt.24-06-2023 2/2 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Exclusive Excise Court - II, Sitamarhi in connection with Choraut P.S. Case No. 156 of 2022, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
