The petitioners seek bail in connection with Special Case No. 6113 of 2021 arising out of Fatua P.S. Case No. 738 of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) and 56(c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018. The petitioners have similar antecedent. The petitioners are in custody since 28.09.2021.

Considering the aforesaid, this application for bail is allowed.

No.5205 of 2022(2) dt.24-05-2022 2/2 Considering the period of custody and the allegation levelled against the petitioners, the petitioners above-named are directed to be enlarged on bail after framing of charge or after remaining in custody for one year, whichever is later on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge-Excise, Patna in connection with Special Case No. 6113 of 2021, arising out of Fatua P.S. Case No. 738 of 2021, subject to the condition that after grant of bail he shall make attendance on first Sunday of each month in the local police station (Fatua).
