Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Islampur P.S. Case No. 152 of 2020 registered for offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 447, 354, 427/34 of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14167 of 2021(3) dt.23-02-2022 2/3 Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

As per allegation, all the seven FIR named accused persons entered into the house of the informant Pinki Devi. They misbehaved and assaulted her with the butt of the rifle. The accused persons snatched her Sari and made her named . The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there is previous enmity between both the parties and Islampur P.S. Case No. 153 of 2020 has been lodged against the members of the informant side. He has also submitted that the injuries sustained by the injured persons are simple in nature. Considering the above mentioned facts and circumstances, specially the existence of case and counter case and the nature of injuries, let the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender, within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.

10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with Islampur P.S. Case No. 152 of 2020, subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
