JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 15-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner happens to be husband of the deceased. The post mortem report of the deceased reveals that deceased died in other than normal circumstances. Admittedly, deceased died within two years of her marriage and there was allegation of illegal demand and torturing against the petitioner. Regard being had to the facts and circumstances of the case as well as submissions of the parties, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Imamganj P.S. Case No. 61 of 2014 pending in the court of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati at Gaya stands rejected, at least, at this stage.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17465 of 2015 (3) dt.15-09-2015 2/2 It is informed that case of the petitioner has already been committed to the court of Sessions.

If it is so, the concerned court should expedite the trial of the petitioner and try to conclude the same as early as possible.
