2. This is the second attempt of the petitioner for grant of bail in connection with Bhangaha P.S. Case No. 24 of 2012 for the offences alleged under Sections 20, 22, 23, 24 and 27(A)/29 of the N.D.P.S. Act. The petitioner's prayer for bail was earlier rejected by order dated 17.12.2012 in Cr. Misc. No. 47613 of 2012.

3. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court sees no reason to take a different view in the matter. The bail petition stands dismissed.
