2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sahebganj P.S. Case No. 65 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 324, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and later Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code was also added.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and others are said to have tortured the deceased by inserting a glass in his anus which was removed after surgery and thereafter the deceased died.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 16.9.2023.

5. Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
