2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 420, 424, 467 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, it is alleged that this petitioner, in collusion with other accused persons, cheated the informant and got the decision of demarcation case bearing Demarcation Case No. 57 of 2022-23 in his favour.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that the dispute is purely of civil nature of and no criminal offence is made out against this petitioner. If the informant is aggrieved with the enquiry report of the Anchal Amin and order of the Circle Officer passed in Demarcation Case No. 57 of 2022-23, he could avail the remedy of appeal, in

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances and nature of dispute, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is allowed.

7. Accordingly, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi, in connection with Punaura P.S. Case No.202 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
