The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 25 (1-b) a, 26/35 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner was apprehended and from his possession one 9 mm. pistol with one magazine and one Videocon mobile were recovered. The petitioner is in jail since 18.11.2014 and he has already remained in jail for about 11 months. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, as stated in paragraph 3 of the bail petition.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22985 of 2015 (2) dt.18-09-2015 2/2 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri N. K. Priyadarshi, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Raxaul at Motihari in Darpa P.S. Case No. 107 of 2014.
