JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 15-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned APP for the State.
On getting confidential information regarding assemblage of anti-social elements at the house of petitioner, a raid was conducted and during course thereof, Rajit Mandal, Chhabi Lal Yadav, Sintu Mehra and petitioner were arrested while others so named therein managed to escape. On search, from the possession of Ranjit Mandal, Chhabi Lal Yadav and Sintu fire-arm and ammunition in terms of seizure list have been recovered while from the possession of petitioner nothing has been recovered. Petitioner is under custody since 29.112014. It is also apparent from para-3 of the petition that petitioner has got no criminal antecedents.
Accordingly, petitioner, Ganesh Yadav is directed to
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17766 of 2015 (2) dt.15-05-2015 be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri P.K. Chodhary, Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Udakishunganj, DisttMadhepura/successor in the office in Puraini PS Case No. 93/2014.
