The petitioner was appointed on contractual basis as Panchayat Rojgar Sevak for the period 2007 to August, 2009. Period is over and contract has not been renewed inasmuch as period has not been extended.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has remained absent for certain period on account of illness and for that respondents have issued show cause which the petitioner replied. An enquiry has been done but no
Patna High Court CWJC No.1982 of 2017 (3) dt.17-10-2017 final order has been passed. He further submits that son similarly situation persons are still continuing even though there was no renewal of contract.
The petitioner is contractual employee so it is not civil post as well as period of contract is over. However, the petitioner, if so advised, may approach to the appropriate forum.
With the aforesaid observation and direction this writ petition is disposed.
