JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 22-12-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Tarabari P.S. Case No. 91 of 2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366/366A of the Indian Penal Code. In view of the fact that victim was minor on the date of occurrence. It is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner and accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Tarabari P.S.Case No. 91 of 2020, pending in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria, Bihar stands rejected.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14276 of 2021(2) dt.22-12-2021 2/2 The learned court below is directed to consider the bail application of the petitioner and try to dispose of the same preferably, on the date of his surrender.
