2. The petitioner has been seeking the following reliefs by way of this writ petition:- (i)For direction to the respondents Ist Set to protect life and property of the petitioner which is danger at the hands of private respondents 2nd Set.
Patna High Court CR. WJC No.483 of 2024(3) dt.21-04-2025 2/2 (ii) For direction to the respondent police to register a case against the private respondents 2nd Set and their associates who have forcibly wanted to dispossess the petitioner by taking law in their own hands for which proper applications were filed before the Samastipur: District Magistrate, Superintendent of Police, Samastipur and Station House Officer of Kalyanpur Police Station, District-Samastipur.
3. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to approach the Superintendent of Police, Samastipur by filing a representation before him for his grievances and if such an application is filed by the petitioner then the Superintendent of Police, Samastipur will consider the same and will take all legal steps to protect the life and property of the petitioner.
4. This application is disposed of with the aforesaid direction.
