3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ petition may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a appropriate application under 3G(5) of the National

Patna High Court CWJC No.5149 of 2021(3) dt.16-07-2024 2/2 Highways Act, 1956 before the newly added respondent no. 8 (Divisional Commissioner, Magadh Division, Gaya). If the petitioner files an appropriate application within a period of six weeks before the newly added respondent no. 8, the respondent no. 8 is directed to dispose of the representation/application of the petitioner within a period of six months from the date of filing of such representation/application in accordance with law.

4. The writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
