JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 29-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner and five others are named in the first information report with accusation that they assaulted the informant as well as her son.

Contention on behalf of the petitioner is that there is case and counter case between the parties and injured sustained simple injuries which is evident from perusal of impugned order of learned Sessions Judge itself.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12144 of 2016 (2) dt.29-03-2016 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Bihar Sharif in connection with Bihar P.S. Case No. 437 of 2015.
