The petitioner has filed the instant application for modification of the order dated 17.11.2021, whereby while granting bail to the petitioner in connection with Bibhutipur P.S. Case No. 167 of 2020, the petitioner was directed to surrender in the Court below within a period of four weeks. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner and the contents of the modification application, the Court is inclined to allow the prayer of the petitioner. The order dated 17.11.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 12533 of 2021 is modified and the time granted to the petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2979 of 2022(2) dt.04-03-2022 2/2 in the said order to surrender in the learned Court below is extended by a further period of four weeks from today. The remaining part of the order shall remain unchanged.
