JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 22-06-2023 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that they seek a limited relief, being disposal of their representation (Annexure-10). The same has been made to the District Magistrate, Buxar (Respondent No. 4).
The petitioners claim to be working as Anganwari Sevika and seeks selection as Lady Supervisor against the 50 percent promotional quota from Anganwari Sevika. For the same relief, they had approached this Court earlier which proceedings was disposed of allowing the petitioners to file representation, by order passed in LPA No. 28
Patna High Court CWJC No.1541 of 2023(2) dt.22-06-2023 2/3 of 2020 on 18.05.2022. The representation filed has been disposed of by an order passed by the Director, Integrated Child Development Services (ICDS) by order dated 26.07.2022. Thereafter there is nothing on record to show that any
Patna High Court CWJC No.1541 of 2023(2) dt.22-06-2023 3/3 process of selection has been initiated in which the petitioners have applied or represented wherein their selection can be considered.
The writ petition is manifestly premature as no subsisting right for consideration has been asserted and the same is accordingly dismissed.
