With regard to commission of dacoity in the house of informant FIR has been registered against unknown. During course of investigation, call details of the stolen mobile set was taken out, the same was found in possession of petitioner and on account thereof, there happens to be apprehension of the petitioner along with stolen mobile set whereupon is under custody since 11.01.2015. Apart from this, from Annexure-2 it is apparent that petitioner has got no presence over production cum seizure list. Furthermore, as per para-3 of the pleading, petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17529 of 2015 (2) dt.12-05-2015 Accordingly, petitioner Sunil Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sat Priya Anand, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna in connection with Digha P.S. Case No.308 of 2014.
