Informant was intercepted by six unknown persons who came on two motorcycles and snatched away his motorcycle for which instant case has been registered against unknown. Petitioner is under custody since 11.09.2013. From the order impugned, it is evident that save and except inculpatory extra judicial confessional statement nothing more remains. However, his criminal antecedent has also been taken into account while rejecting the prayer for bail. Accordingly, petitioner Vijay Sahani is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17558 of 2015 (2) dt.13-05-2015 (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Shri Rajeev Kumar No.IV, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Mehsi P.S.
