Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 25 (I-b) a, and 26 of the Arms Act.

One pistol containing three cartridges is said to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner when informant, being police official, raided the house of the petitioner having got information that accused of murder case had taken shelter in the house of the petitioner.

Petitioner is in jail custody since 9.9.2015 and except Buxar Town P.S. Case no. 365/2015 as well as present case, petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar
