Earlier the bail application of petitioner was rejected vide order dated 12.07.2021.

It is submitted that charge has already been framed on 23.08.2021, but till date not a single witness has been examined on behalf of prosecution.

Considering the nature of accusation and stage of trial, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above-named on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.

However, as the petitioner is in custody since 14.06.2020, trial court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible.
