Petitioners seek bail in a case registered under sections 341, 323, 354(A), 354 (D), 504/34 and of the Indian Penal Code as well as sections 8/12 of the POCSO Act.

Taking into consideration that having more or less similar allegation co-accused Nitesh Kumar has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court, let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/-each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, POCSO Act, Aurangabad in NTPC Khaira P.S. Case no. 04/2015.
