Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Atri P.S. Case No. 480 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 325, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per allegation, the petitioner inflicted knife blow on the informant. There is general allegation on all the accused persons that they inflicted knife blow on the stomach of Pankaj Pandit, the son of the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that

He has further submitted that both the parties are agnates and there was previous land dispute between the parties. The injury report of informant is Annexure-2, which shows that the injuries sustained by the informant is simple in nature and caused by hard and blunt substance. Considering the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., XIV, Gaya in connection with Atri P.S. Case No. 480 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time provided in para-1 hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
