JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 04-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is in jail custody since 29.11.2015 in a case registered under section 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code on the accusation that he attempted to remove battery from the truck of the informant but, fortunately, he was caught by villagers and police party. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Muffasil P.S.Case No. 402 of 2015.
