JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 23-05-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Special (POCSO) Case No. 57 of 2021 arising out of Mahila P.S. Case No.29 of 2020 registered for the offence under Sections 364, 450, 506, 372, 373, 374, 120(B), 376(D)(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4, 5/6 and 78 of the Immoral Traffic Act and Sections 75 and 81 of the Juvenile Justices Act. Petitioner has eight criminal antecedents of similar nature, some of them are of Bairiya Police Station, Mahila Police Station (Bettiah) in the district of West Champaran and some of them are of Rupaspur Police Station and Bakhtiyarpur Police Station in the district of Patna.

It seems that the petitioner is engaged in business of prostitution after changing his place.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4099 of 2022(2) dt.23-05-2022 2/2 Considering the fact that the petitioner has eight criminal antecedents of similar nature, I am not inclined to grant bail to him. This application is accordingly dismissed. The District & Sessions Judge, West Champaran at Bettiah is directed to conclude the trials of Bairiya P.S. Case No. 72/2011, Bairiya P.S. Case No.247/1992, Bairiya P.S. Case No. 97/1990 and Mahila (Bettiah) P.S. Case No.29/2020 falling under his jurisdiction within six months from today. The District & Sessions Judge, Patna is also directed to conclude the trials of cases, namely, Rupaspur P.S. Case No. 03/2016, Rupaspur P.S. Case No. 04/2016, Rupaspur P.S. Case No.22/2013 and Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No.186/2012 falling under his jurisdiction within six month from today. Put up this case after six months for considering the reports of the Trial Judges with regard to conclusion of the trials of the petitioner.
