The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Sessions Trial No. 118 of 2015 arising out of Gardanibagh P.S. Case No. 313 of 2014 registered under Sections 365, 386, 387, 34 and 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that F.I.R. is against unknown. There is only material against the petitioner is that his name finds place on confessional statement of co-accused. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-IV, Patna, in connection with Sessions Trial No. 118 of 2015 arising out of Gardanibagh P.S. Case No. 313 of 2014.
