JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 29-08-2019 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the present case, the application of the petitioner for grant of arms license has been rejected by the District Magistrate, Aurangabad by an order dated 28.12.2017. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to prefer an appeal against the aforesaid order dated 28.12.2017 passed by the District Magistrate, Aurangabad. Liberty so sought is granted.

It is needless to state that in case appropriate appeal is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the appellate authority shall examine the appeal of the petitioner on merits
