The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Singhwara P.S. Case No. 230 of 2018 dated 15.11.2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 354, 379, 336, 427, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioners and others are said to have entered the house of the informant and assaulted her. Learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn the attention of this Court to the fact that the specific act of assault has been attributed to Suresh Sahni and Ramchandra Sahni. So far as the petitioners are
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3838 of 2019(2) dt.25-01-2019 2/2 concerned, they are alleged to have taken away the valuables and belongings of the informant while exiting of her house.
There is a counter version of the occurrence and the injuries suffered by the informant has been opined to be simple in nature.
Considering the aforestated facts, the petitioners above named are directed to be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on their furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbahanga in connection with Singhwara P.S. Case No. 230 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Ashutosh Kumar, J) krishna/- U T
