JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 25-01-2023 Petitioner renews his prayer for regular bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 59 of 2021 arising out of Katra P.S. Case No. 190 of 2020 registered under Section 326, 307 of the I.P.C. in which charge-sheet has been submitted against the petitioner under Section 302 of the I.P.C. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that all the witnesses have been examined but none of the witnesses has supported the prosecution story.

The bail application of the petitioner vide Cr. Misc. No. 50452 / 2021 was earlier rejected on 05.05.2022 without giving any liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail. This Court is not holding mini trial and will not enter into

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4066 of 2023(3) dt.25-01-2023 2/2 appreciation of evidence.

Accordingly, the prayer for grant of bail is rejected. However, it is expected that the trial court will take steps for expeditious disposal of the trial in accordance with law. (Anil Kumar Sinha, J) praful/- U T
