JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-03-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner being the husband of the informant is languishing in jail since 04.01.2016 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 379 and 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. The basic accusation is of torture for non-fulfillment of the dowry demand.

Considering the nature of accusation and period under custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned JM, 1st Class, Araria in connection with Tarabari P.S.
